As a follow-up to my last blog, which took a light look at a real website launch, a colleague suggested that I post steps to making a new or updated website. In full disclosure, these are not meant to be the only points you follow – every website is unique. It will, however, ensure that you have the major bases covered. Within each of these steps are many more steps, and I encourage you to enlist professional support whether it is us or someone else. A helpful advisor means an extra set of eyes and a roadmap held by a person who has traveled the road many times before.
